Periodic/Scheduled and routine inspection of the Home and Property to ensure all systems are operating properly, and all maintenance issues are brought to the attention of the Homeowner for consideration.
Management and oversite of all associated activities – Home and Property Maintenance – ensuring the highest quality of services provided.
Over 60 years experience in New Home Construction and Home Improvements in the Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
Supervision of all on-site activities and personnel as well as independent contractors.
Single source responsibility, providing the Homeowner with the ease and confidence of dealing with one highly experienced Company for all of its Home and Property maintenance needs.
